Partner Sessions are available. Train with a friend, significant other, or co-worker to keep each other motivated and share the gift of health together. Pricing for partner sessions is:

* One Session - $100 ($50 per person)
* Ten Sessions - $900 ($45 per person per session)



** Sessions are all one (1) hour in length and are non-refundable
** Cancellation policy requires 24 hour notice to prevent any charges

Here at New Chicago Fitness, we recognize that not everyone has the same goals in mind when they look to hire a personal trainer. With that in mind, we will always take the time to talk with you and find out what your specific goals are and tailor a training program to your needs. Some of our most common fitness programs are detailed below.

Introductory Fitness Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program is a Fitness Assessment. A Fitness Assessment measures your current level of physical fitness so that we know where your strong points are and what areas you need to work on. Without an effective preliminary Fitness Assessment, an effective, personalized program cannot be developed for you. Here at New Chicago Fitness we incorporate many different techniques to achieve an accurate assessment.

Weight Loss and Muscle Tone
If you are looking to get that lean body appearance, then this program is for you! Whether you are looking to shed five (5) pounds or fifty (50), this plan is structured to create a higher daily metabolism by using different exercise styles to burn the maximum aamount of calories. It will also help create tone muscles that will make you look and feel great!

Strength Training
If you want to lose a few inches, target troubled zones, and look more fit, look no further! This plan is similar to the weight loss and muscle tone plan except that using this plan, we will target the areas that seem to be hard to change. Although this plan may involve hard work, the results you see will be that much more rewarding.

Sports Conditioning
This program will help you develop speed, strength, balance, agility, and endurance. You don't have to be an athlete for this plan. It's just a fun and energetic way for anyone to lose weight. If you are an athlete, let us know what your sport(s) are and by using specialized exercises, we will work on the basic and not so basic fundamentals to help you be your best while playing.

Pre or Post Natal Conditioning
Congratulations on the newest addition to your family! But don't forget to focus on your health. If you are pregnant or trying to lose weight after pregnancy, this is what you need. Unless specified from your doctor not to exercise, it is important to exercise during your pregnancy.  During pregnancy, exercise will help reduce the intensity of any pains and will help you maintain a healthy body weight during your nine months. If you are trying to lose any weight you gained during your pregnancy, let us help you get your old body back, and even further, improve on that !Please be sure to consult with your doctor prior to starting a fitness routine with us, and  remember, what's good for mommy is also good for baby !

Program Adjustment and New Ways to Challenge Your Body
We are sure that exercise is not new to you, but the need to change your routine is very important. While exercising, your body may plateau over time. With our fitness plans and training style, we make sure to switch up your routine with different styles in order to "trick" your metabolism and muscles. This approach is proven to prevent your body from hitting a plateau. In turn, you will continue to gain lean muscle, lose weight, and reach your other fitness goals.
