Hi, I'm Mike. I've been working out and training on my own for the past 7 years. I have decided to share my passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge in the gym with you through personal training. I want to motivate, influence, and help you meet your fitness and lifestyle goals in a positive way. Learning to train with a variety of exercise styles has enabled me to understand that everyone's body is different.
